Always easy to get a call back and appointment if needed. There is no long wait as I have heard there is with other surgeries.
Suggested improvements
I still have an ongoing issue that seemingly cannot be resolved. It is treated as ‘minor’ but it has a huge impact on my life.
I know Drs and Nurse Practitioners are very stretched but sometimes I would like more time and not feel like a nuisance.
But overall very good service.

Shame but you cant disagree or ask as the new breed of nhs workers
Happy no but dont want it to be like when i complained
